I will be back, thanks very much for everything. The location is particularly good not far from city centre & airport, the city centre and local pubs, and the rooms are cosy. The beds are exceptionally comfortable, I enjoyed them.
Almost perfect!

Located relatively close to the city centre, this accommodation offers convenient access to wonderful restaurants and is just a short bus ride away from the main attractions. the rooms are comfortable and the self-catering facilities are ideal for those who prefer to cook their own meals. good communication with the host ensures a smooth stay.
The cleanliness of the rooms and shared bathroom falls short, with reports of dirty carpets, stained walls, and unpleasant odors.

I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was bright, well-furnished, and had a cool 1960s vibe. The location was perfect, right on Penny Lane with easy bus access to the city center. The staff were responsive and accommodating.
The only thing that could make the breakfast option better is if they offered more variety.

I had a wonderful stay at a Beatles-themed house on Penny Lane. the location was perfect, with easy access to the city centre via the bus. the house itself was clean, cozy, and well-equipped. Checking in and out was a breeze, and the deposit was quickly returned. I loved the typical English terraced house and the 1960s vibe both inside and out.
It was one of the best hotels I've stayed in during my 18 months of traveling. Cons: Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

Cozy room, clean house, easy check-in/out, sufficient equipment. Noise tolerable, fast deposit return. Lovely suburban atmosphere, thanks for the "aromatic" cigarette smell and moldy vibes. Perfect for a not-so-B&B experience.
I love when the pictures don't match reality, dirty walls, cobwebs, damp smell. Plus, who doesn't enjoy comprehensive terms and no host?

I absolutely loved my stay at City Stays - The Beatles Theme House - Penny Lane Dd1. The location was perfect, situated right on Penny Lane with the Octopus's Garden just outside my window. The rooms were bright and beautifully furnished, giving off a cool 1960s vibe. The kitchen area and living room were great additions to the accommodation. And the best part was the excellent transport links to the city center, making exploring Liverpool a breeze. I highly recommend this hotel for its fantastic location and comfortable rooms.
I had a great rest in the cozy and comfortable room. Although the location was a bit far from the city center, the bus service, which only cost £2, made it convenient to get around.

The location was fantastic - right in the heart of a nostalgic and charming neighborhood. Being surrounded by Beatles memorabilia and atmosphere was a real treat. The rooms were bright and well-furnished, creating a pleasant 1960s vibe. the kitchen area and living room were great spaces for socializing and relaxing.
One major drawback was the noise from other guests. It seemed like there were no rules about quiet hours, as I was disturbed by yelling and running in the house late at night.
